In particular:<\/p><p>A short-term training course on &#171;Ethnographic tourism&#187;,<\/p><p>A seminar-training on the topic &#171;Current issues of hotel service and gastrotourism in Forish-Nurota-Mojrum tourist facilities&#187;.<\/p><p>The event was actively attended by the leadership of the National University of Uzbekistan, representatives of the Jizzakh regional tourism department, officials of the Forish district khokimiyat, owners of local hotels and catering establishments, and tourism specialists.<\/p><p>During the seminar-training, the vice-rectors of the National University of Uzbekistan Ravshan Musurmonov, Shuhrat Toshmatov, Jabbor Muhammadiyev, Yaqub Ergashov, Vali Yodgorov, as well as the deputy khokim of the Forish district E.Ummatova, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Akbar Bobobekov, and the heads of the \u201cUkhum\u201d, \u201cMojrum\u201d, and \u201cDo\u2019stlik\u201d neighborhoods spoke and expressed their opinions on the tourism opportunities of the Forish district, existing problems, and future plans.<\/p><p>As part of the forum, the National University of Uzbekistan team also visited the natural and historical sites of the Forish district. The giant juniper tree in the village of Mojrum and the 600-year-old ancient walnut tree in the village of Ukhum made a great impression on the guests.<\/p><p>In particular, the giant juniper tree growing near the ruins of an ancient mosque in the \u201cNurota\u201d state reserve fascinates local and foreign tourists with its incomparable beauty. The trunk of this tree is about 24 meters in diameter and 20 meters high. It is one of the largest coniferous trees in the world.
