Organized under the slogan \u201cFor a new life, for a new Uzbekistan!\u201d, this trip was aimed at developing domestic tourism, expanding the knowledge base of young people, and familiarizing them with national values \u200b\u200band historical heritage.<\/p><p>Historical and cultural center<br \/>Samarkand has long been recognized as the center of Eastern civilization, the cradle of science and culture. Being an important point of the Great Silk Road, this city served as a crossroads of many cultures and civilizations. During the trip, the students visited historical monuments such as Registan Square, the Shahi Zinda complex, the Mausoleum of Amir Temur &#8212; Gori Amir, and the Ulugbek Observatory, and experienced the glorious history of our country with their own eyes.<\/p><p>Acquaintance with national values<br \/>The trip was not limited to just visiting historical monuments. The students also got acquainted with the rich national heritage, ancient customs and traditions of Samarkand. They had the opportunity to observe practical processes in such art forms as national pottery, goldsmithing, and silk weaving in craft centers. Also, information about our national dishes &#8212; pilaf, the process of baking bread, and other ancient eating habits &#8212; made a great impression on the young people.<\/p><p>Instilling national values \u200b\u200bin the hearts of young people<br \/>Such trips form feelings of patriotism, self-awareness, and respect for the heritage of their ancestors in young people.
