Given Uzbekistan\u2019s vulnerability to climate extremes, hydrometeorological and climate data are increasingly vital for agriculture, water management, energy, urban planning, transport, tourism, industry, and defense.<\/p><p>The conference emphasized that climate change poses critical challenges for Uzbekistan, affecting food security, public health, agriculture, energy production, and industrial growth. Uzbek scientists, in cooperation with international organizations such as UNESCO, WMO, UNEP, and IOHEG, are conducting extensive research on climate change adaptation and resilience. Notably, Uzbekistan is also a member of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), alongside 189 other countries.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
