The sessions on \u201cLeader\u2019s Health\u201d\u00a0 and the seminar-training on \u201cScientific Schools of Modern Psychology\u201d not only sparked students\u2019 interest but also aimed to develop practical skills in stress management. Conducting the lessons in a calm, natural environment placed special emphasis on psychological support and emotional recovery.<\/span><span style=\"background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0explain the principles of protecting the health of leaders and individuals in leadership positions.<\/span><span style=\"background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0To teach methods of early detection, prevention, and effective management of stress and life crises.<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">To foster positive attitudes toward psychological support among students and reduce stigma.<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">To consolidate theoretical knowledge through practical exercises.<\/span><span style=\"background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Content and Methods of the Sessions<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">Brainstorming\u2014 used to explore problems from multiple perspectives and generate creative solutions.<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">Problem situation analysis \u2014 examining real or simulated stressful situations to study psychological mechanisms in decision-making.<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">Meditation and relaxation exercises \u2014 short (5\u201315 minutes) sessions to enhance environmental awareness and reduce stress.<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">Music therapy\u2014 applied to calm the atmosphere, stabilize mood, and support emotional openness.<\/span><\/p><p>Open Q\\&amp;A and discussion \u2014 focused on modern psychological schools, addressing students\u2019 questions and exploring theoretical approaches.<\/p><p>Holding the lessons in a peaceful natural environment positively influenced students\u2019 concentration and helped reduce stress levels. Active participation was ensured; during open discussions, students shared numerous analytical thoughts. Practical meditation and music therapy exercises provided immediate relaxation effects, enhancing readiness to learn. As a result, students gained insights into modern psychological approaches and their practical application.<\/p><p>Focus on Psychological Support: Suggestions and Recommendations<\/p><p>1. Permanent Psychological Support Center \u2014 establishing regular counseling, crisis interventions, and group therapy sessions at the university.<\/p><p>2. Preventive Stress-Management Courses \u2014 short modules each semester (relaxation, breathing techniques, time management).<\/p><p>3. Peer-support groups \u2014 enabling students to help each other and discuss problems openly.<\/p><p>4. Awareness campaign on psychological services \u2014 to reduce stigma and provide clear information on how to access support.<\/p><p>5. Emergency assistance protocol \u2014 creating a mechanism for quick response during life crises and training staff accordingly.<\/p><p>The lessons and seminar-training held in a natural setting offered participants not only theoretical knowledge but also practical tools for psychological support. If such initiatives are continued regularly, they can significantly contribute to sustaining students\u2019 mental well-being and reducing the negative consequences of
