Peer Support Seminar taining was held at National University of Uzbekistan<\/h2>\n

On December 4, 2024, at the initiative of the Department of \u201cEthics and Aesthetics\u201d of the Faculty of Social Sciences, National University of Uzbekistan, a seminar-training was held in the 5th Student Dormitory within the framework of the *\u201cFrom Student to Student\u201d* principle.<\/p>\n

The topic of the seminar-training was *\u201cTime Management: Effective Methods of Managing Time in Study and Work.\u201d* The session was conducted by 2nd-year students of the Applied Ethics program, **Shohista Mavlonova** and **Sevinch Saparova**. The event was enriched with friendly discussions, engaging debates, and practical exercises.<\/p>\n

During the training, students acquired skills such as *\u201cfeeling the time,\u201d \u201cproperly distributing and planning time,\u201d* and *\u201cusing time efficiently and productively.\u201d* They not only gained theoretical knowledge but also practiced these methods through real-life examples and interactive exercises.<\/p>\n

At the event, students discussed the challenges they face in managing time in their daily lives. In turn, participants exchanged advice with one another and jointly explored the most effective ways to organize time productively.<\/p>\n

The main significance of this seminar-training lies in its foundation on the *\u201cFrom Student to Student\u201d* principle. This approach enables highly motivated students to share knowledge and experience, provide practical support to their peers, and encourage them toward study and research.\u00a0At the conclusion of the seminar, participants emphasized that such initiatives not only bring great emotional uplift and a friendly atmosphere for learning, but also serve as practical support for managing time effectively in their future activities.<\/p>\n
