O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi Oliy sudi raisining birinchi o\u2018rinbosari Ikrom Muslimov o\u2018rtasida uchrashuv bo\u2018lib o\u2018tdi.<\/p><p>Muloqot davomida mamlakatimiz ta\u2019lim va sud-huquq tizimida olib borilayotgan islohotlarni qo\u2018llab-quvvatlash, oliy ta\u2019lim muassasalari va sud organlari o\u2018rtasidagi samarali hamkorlikni yangi bosqichga ko\u2018tarish masalalari muhokama qilindi. Shu bilan birga, tomonlar <strong>huquqiy islohotlarni barqaror rivojlanish tamoyillari va iqlim o\u2018zgarishiga qarshi kurashish maqsadlari bilan uyg\u2018unlashtirish<\/strong> zarurligini ham ta\u2019kidladilar.<\/p><p>Muhokama jarayonida kadrlar tayyorlash jarayonini sifat jihatdan oshirish, yuridik sohaga ixtisoslashgan yuqori malakali mutaxassislarni tayyorlashda hamkorlik qilish, sud amaliyotiga oid dolzarb mavzularda qo\u2018shma ilmiy tadqiqotlar olib borish kabi masalalar bilan bir qatorda, <strong>ekologik qonunchilik, iqlim adolati, atrof-muhitni huquqiy himoya qilish va yashil siyosatlarni qo\u2018llab-quvvatlovchi huquqiy mexanizmlarni ishlab chiqish<\/strong> bo\u2018yicha tashabbuslar ham ilgari surildi.<\/p><p>Shuningdek, kelgusida universitet talabalari uchun Oliy sud va uning tizimidagi tashkilotlarda amaliyot va stajirovka dasturlarini yo\u2018lga qo\u2018yish, ularning <strong>huquqiy barqarorlik, ekologik xavfsizlik va iqlim huquqi<\/strong> bo\u2018yicha bilim va tajribalarini kengaytirish imkoniyatlari yaratilishi belgilab olindi.<\/p><p>Uchrashuv yakunida O\u2018zbekiston Milliy universiteti va O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi Oliy sudi o\u2018rtasida o\u2018zaro hamkorlik memorandumi imzolandi. Memorandum ikki muassasa o\u2018rtasidagi hamkorlikni institutsional asosda mustahkamlash, ta\u2019lim va amaliyot o\u2018rtasidagi uzviy aloqani rivojlantirish hamda <strong>iqlim o\u2018zgarishiga qarshi kurashishda huquqiy adolatni ta\u2019minlash<\/strong>ga xizmat qilishi ta\u2019kidlandi.<\/p><p>Bundan tashqari, tomonlar maxsus yo\u2018l xaritasi ishlab chiqish va imzolashga kelishib oldilar. Ushbu yo\u2018l xaritasi kelgusidagi qo\u2018shma tashabbuslarni tizimli amalga oshirish, xususan, <strong>iqlim xavfsizligi, ekologik qonunchilik va barqaror rivojlanishni ta\u2019minlash<\/strong>ga qaratilgan aniq loyihalarni hayotga tatbiq etishda muhim hujjat bo\u2018lib xizmat qiladi.<\/p><p>Mazkur hamkorlik nafaqat universitet talabalari uchun yangi imkoniyatlarni ochib beradi, balki mamlakatimiz sud-huquq tizimi uchun ham zamonaviy bilim va ko\u2018nikmalarga ega, <strong>ekologik va iqlim masalalarida mas\u2019uliyatli mutaxassislar<\/strong> safini kengaytirishga xizmat
