Biroq, moliyaviy qiyinchiliklar, ayniqsa, uy-joy xarajatlari, kam daromadli talabalar uchun katta to\u2018siq bo\u2018lishi mumkin. Shu sababli, O\u02bbzbekiston Milliy Universiteti (O\u02bbzMU) talabalar uchun ijara to\u02bblovi yordam dasturini joriy etdi. Bu tashabbus O\u02bbzMU talabalarining o\u2018qishga e\u2019tibor qaratishlariga yordam berib, oliy ta\u2019limni yanada arzon va qulay qilishga xizmat qiladi.<\/p><p>Ko\u2018pgina O\u02bbzMU talabalari universitet yotoqxonasida joy yetishmovchiligi yoki shaxsiy sharoitlar tufayli ijara asosida yashashga majbur. Bu esa ularning moliyaviy yukini oshiradi. Talabalar yashash xarajatlarini qoplash uchun qo\u2018shimcha ishlashga majbur bo\u2018lishlari yoki oilaviy yordamga tayanishlari mumkin, bu esa doim ham imkoni bor narsa emas.<\/p><p>O\u02bbzMU tomonidan joriy etilgan ijara to\u2018lovini qisman qoplash dasturi aynan shunday talabalarga yordam berish uchun ishlab chiqilgan. Universitet tomonidan tasdiqlangan mezonlar asosida tanlangan talabalar uchun har oy ijara to\u2018lovining bir qismi qoplab beriladi.<\/p><p>Bu tashabbus Birlashgan Millatlar Tashkilotining (BMT) Barqaror Taraqqiyot Maqsadlari (SDG) 1: &#171;Qashshoqlikka barham berish&#187; tamoyillariga mos keladi. Bu orqali O\u02bbzMU kam ta\u2019minlangan talabalar uchun moliyaviy qiyinchiliklarni kamaytirib, ularning ta\u2019lim olish imkoniyatlarini kengaytiradi.<\/p><p>Ijara to\u02bblovini qoplash dasturi shaffof va adolatli mezonlar asosida amalga oshiriladi. Quyidagi omillar hisobga olinadi:<\/p><p><strong>-Talabaning oilaviy daromadi<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>-Akademik natijalari va o\u2018qishdagi faolligi<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>&#8212;<\/strong><strong>Moliyaviy ehtiyoj va yashash sharoitlari<\/strong><\/p><p>Ushbu mezonlar asosida eng ehtiyojmand talabalar aniqlanadi va ularga ijara to\u2018lovining bir qismi universitet tomonidan qoplab beriladi. Bu yondashuv talabalar orasida teng imkoniyat yaratishga xizmat qiladi.<\/p><p>O\u02bbzMU tomonidan amalga oshirilayotgan bu dastur boshqa universitetlar uchun ham yaxshi tajriba bo\u2018lishi mumkin. Chunki uy-joy barqarorligi talabalar uchun juda muhim bo\u2018lib, bu nafaqat ularning hayot sifati, balki o\u2018qishdagi yutuqlariga ham bevosita ta\u2019sir ko\u2018rsatadi.<\/p><p>Oliy ta\u2019lim qashshoqlikdan chiqishning eng muhim vositalaridan biri ekanini hisobga olsak, shunday tashabbuslar talabalar uchun barqaror kelajak yaratishga katta hissa qo\u2018shadi.
