Ushbu tadbirda so\u2018z erkinligi, matbuot va axborot siyosatining zamonaviy holati, shuningdek, jurnalistlar va fuqarolarning huquqlarini himoya qilish bo\u2018yicha mavjud qonunlar va amaliyotlar muhokama qilindi.<\/p><p>Davra suhbatida O\u2018zbekistonning axborot siyosati, davlat organlarida ochiqlikni ta\u2019minlash va so\u2018z erkinligini himoya qilish borasidagi dolzarb masalalar keng muhokama qilindi. Tadbir ishtirokchilari, ayniqsa, so\u2018z erkinligining jamiyat rivojidagi o\u2018rni, davlat va jamoat tashkilotlari o\u2018rtasidagi o\u2018zaro aloqalar, shuningdek, matbuot va bloglarning jamiyatda olib boradigan roli haqida fikr almashishdi.<\/p><p>Tadbirda shuningdek, axborot erkinligini ta\u2019minlashga qaratilgan qonunchilikka oid yangiliklar va uni hayotga tatbiq etish bo\u2018yicha amalga oshirilgan tashabbuslar ko\u2018rib chiqildi. Qonunlar va me\u2019yoriy hujjatlarning joriy etilishi, so\u2018z erkinligini himoya qilishdagi yangi yondashuvlar, jurnalistlar va axborot vositalari bilan bog\u2018liq huquqiy muammolarni hal qilishda muhim rol o\u2018ynashi qayd etildi. Xususan, so\u2018z erkinligini himoya qilishda ommaviy axborot vositalarining vakillari o\u2018z faoliyatlarini amalga oshirayotganda, xalqaro standartlarga muvofiq bo\u2018lishi, qonuniy himoyaga ega bo\u2018lishi zarurligi ta\u2019kidlandi.<\/p><p>Shuningdek, bugungi kunning eng muhim tendensiyalaridan biri sifatida xususiy media va bloglarning ta\u2019siri ko\u2018rsatildi. Bu vositalar, jamiyatda yuzaga kelayotgan yangi qarorlar va muammolarni tez va samarali tarzda keng ommaga yetkazishda muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligi ta\u2019kidlandi. Ahamiyatli jihat shundaki, xususiy media va bloglar orqali jamiyatdagi korrupsiya, ijtimoiy tengsizlik, axborot taqchilligi kabi masalalar yoritilib, bu omillarni hal qilishda kuchli ta\u2019sirga ega ekanligi aytib o\u2018tildi.<\/p><p>Tadbir yakunida, jamoatchilik, davlat organlari va jurnalistlar o\u2018rtasida yanada samarali hamkorlikni yo\u2018lga qo\u2018yish va axborot erkinligi prinsiplarini yanada kuchaytirish bo\u2018yicha bir qator takliflar ilgari
