Raimjonov, M. Talibova, F. Ziyadova, and N. Salimova. The session was held within the framework of the &#171;Young Psychologists&#187; club and the &#171;Personal Development Training&#187; course.<\/p><p>The event covered topics such as interpersonal relationships within the group, task distribution, and ensuring unity, as well as fostering effective communication and mutual trust among group members, supporting the personal development of individuals within the group, aligning them with the group&#8217;s goals, and providing support to each group member.<\/p><p>In addition, practical exercises, games, and interactive activities aimed at enhancing group cohesion were conducted among the participants.<\/p><p>At the end of the event, participants shared their thoughts on the training with the organizers. Additionally, under the leadership of D. Mukhamedova, Head of the &#171;General Psychology&#187; Department and Chair of the Commission, and R. Qudratullayeva, Associate Professor of the &#171;Social Psychology&#187; Department, along with A. Yadgarovna, A. Hamidova, U. Sayitova, Z. Roziyeva, and Sh. Sherniyeva, the topic was further expanded and positively evaluated.<\/p><p>What\u2019s even more delightful is that, since the event was organized in an open format, it attracted not only university students but also young individuals interested in management and topics related to effective
