Muxamedova boshchiligida kafedra o\u2018qituvchilari D.I. Ilhamova, R.B. Kudratullayeva, D.S. Bozorova va ishtirok etdilar. Tadbir doirasida stajyor o\u2018qituvchi D.S. Bozorova maktab rahbariyati va pedagoglari ishtirokida \u201cStressiz faoliyat\u201d mavzusida psixologik trening mashg\u2018ulotini olib bordi.<\/p><p>Trening mashg\u2018uloti pedagoglarning kasbiy faoliyatida uchraydigan stressni bartaraf etish, psixologik barqarorlikni oshirish, ta\u2019lim jarayonida samaradorlikni ta\u2019minlash va konfliktlarni konstruktiv hal etishga qaratildi. Mashg\u2018ulot davomida turli interaktiv psixologik mashqlar va kasbiy motivatsiyani oshirish usullari qo\u2018llanildi. Ishtirokchilar stressni boshqarishning samarali usullari bilan yaqindan tanishib, ushbu bilim va ko\u2018nikmalarni amaliyotda qo\u2018llash imkoniyatiga ega bo\u2018ldilar.<\/p><p>Tadbirda qatnashgan pedagoglar treningning yuqori darajada tashkil etilganligini, olgan bilimlarini dars jarayonlarida qo\u2018llashlarini ta\u2019kidlab
