The training seminar of the project partners will continue until January data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>INMACOM<\/strong> is a national project aimed at training a new generation of engineers capable of performing engineering tasks and solving modern technological problems in the field of ICT in Uzbekistan.<\/p><p>The future development of ICT is tied to the application of innovative technologies and largely depends on the scale of implementation of promising components. Optical communication components are elements of photonics and optoelectronics. Modern elements of electronics and photonics are already being used to elevate optical communication to a new, higher level.<\/p><p>However, training engineers in this field lags behind the advancements in practical applications. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce educational programs in this field. The organization of a new master&#8217;s program in &#171;Photonics and Optical Communication&#187; will help enhance the training of engineering staff in the industry and ICT sectors.<\/p><p>The INMACOM project contributes to the following UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):<\/p><ul><li><strong>SDG 4: Quality Education<\/strong> \u2014 By introducing modern and high-quality educational programs in technical fields.<\/li><li><strong>SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth<\/strong> \u2014 By fostering the development of the labor market in the telecommunications industry.<\/li><li><strong>SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure<\/strong> \u2014 Through the introduction of innovative technologies in photonics and optical communication.<\/li><li><strong>SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals<\/strong> \u2014 By strengthening collaboration between national and international universities and industries.<\/li><\/ul><p>The INMACOM project plays a significant role in accelerating Uzbekistan&#8217;s technological advancement by preparing modern engineers for the
