During these periods, women should lead a healthy lifestyle and properly plan their family, because a healthy child will be born from a healthy mother. The children of a country whose mothers are healthy will also be healthy and mature. A woman should be protected from various fears during pregnancy, from alcohol, nicotine, drugs that can have a negative effect on the fetus during work, from certain types of work, from various viral and infectious diseases, attacks of chronic pain, genital and women&#8217;s diseases, nutrition , it is recommended to avoid rest, sleep disorders, radiation, chemicals, including drugs that have a negative effect on the fetus and the course of pregnancy. The child of a mother with high medical culture is always born healthy and grows up healthy. The mother takes her child to the OP according to the vaccination calendar, vaccinates her on time and protects her from infectious diseases. It protects the child from worm diseases by teaching him the rules of personal hygiene from a young age.
