Birlashgan Millatlar Tashkiloti tomonidan 2015-yilda belgilangan 17 ta Barqaror rivojlanish maqsadlaridan biridir. SDG 13 2030-yilgacha erishilishi kerak bo\u2018lgan beshta maqsadni o\u2018z ichiga oladi. Ular iqlim o\u2018zgarishlari bilan bog\u2018liq keng ko\u2018lamli masalalarni qamrab oladi. Dastlabki 3 ta maqsad &#171;maqsadli natijalar&#187; deyiladi va ular quyidagilar:<\/p><ol><li>iqlim bilan bog\u2018liq tabiiy ofatlarga chidamlilik va moslashish qobiliyatini kuchaytirish;<\/li><li>iqlim o\u2018zgarishi bo\u2018yicha chora-tadbirlarni siyosat va rejalashtirishga integratsiya qilish;<\/li><li>iqlim o\u2018zgarishiga qarshi kurashish uchun bilim va salohiyatni shakllantirish.<\/li><\/ol><p>Qolgan ikkita maqsadda BMTning iqlim o\u02bbzgarishi bo\u02bbyicha doiraviy konventsiyasini amalga oshirish, rejalashtirish va boshqarish salohiyatini oshirish mexanizmlarini ilgari surilgan.<\/p><p>Hozirgi vaqtda iqlim o\u2018zgarishi dunyoning barcha mamlakatlarida global hamjamiyatga ta\u2019sir ko\u2018rsatmoqda. Iqlim o\u2018zgarishining ta\u2019siri nafaqat milliy iqtisodiyotlarga, balki hayot va yashash vositalariga, ayniqsa zaif sharoitlarda bo\u2018lganlarga ham ta&#8217;sir qiladi. 2018-yilda iqlim o\u2018zgarishi tabiiy ofatlar, masalan, katta <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Wildfire\">o\u2018rmon yong\u2018inlari<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Drought\">qurg\u2018oqchilik<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tropical_cyclone\">bo\u2018ronlar<\/a> va <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Flood\">toshqinlar<\/a> chastotasini kuchaytirdi.<\/p><p>Toza energiya bo\u2018yicha SDG 13 va SDG 7 bir-biri bilan chambarchas bog\u2018liq va bir-birini to\u2018ldiradi.
