SDG 10 ni amalga oshirish uchun 10 maqsad va taraqqiyot yo\u2018lini belgilash uchun ko&#8217;rsatkich mavjud.<\/p><p>Birinchi 7 ta maqsad &#171;maqsadli natijalar&#187; deyiladi va ular quyidagilar:<\/p><ol><li>daromadlar tengsizligini kamaytirish;<\/li><li>umumjahon ijtimoiy, iqtisodiy va siyosiy inklyuziyaga ko\u2018maklashish;<\/li><li>teng imkoniyatlarni ta\u2019minlash va kamsitishlarni tugatish;<\/li><li>tenglikni ta\u2019minlovchi fiskal va ijtimoiy siyosatni qabul qilish;<\/li><li>jahon moliya bozorlari va institutlarini tartibga solishni takomillashtirish;<\/li><li>rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlarning moliya institutlarida vakolatlarini kuchaytirish;<\/li><li>mas&#8217;uliyatli va yaxshi boshqariladigan migratsiya siyosati rivojlantirish.<\/li><\/ol><p>Qolgan 3 maqsad erish vositasi bo\u2018lib, ular quyidagilar:<\/p><ul><li>rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlar uchun maxsus va differentsial rejimni joriy qilish;<\/li><li>kam rivojlangan mamlakatlarda rivojlanishga yordam berish va investitsiyalarni rag\u2018batlantirish;<\/li><li>migrantlarning pul o\u2018tkazmalari uchun tranzaksiya xarajatlarini kamaytirish.<\/li><\/ul><p>SDG 10 aholining eng quyi 40 foizi daromadlari o\u2018sishini milliy o\u2018rtacha ko\u2018rsatkichdan yuqori sur&#8217;atlarga chiqishini ta&#8217;minlashni o\u2018z oldiga maqsad qilib.\u00a0 \u201cBirgalikda farovonlik\u201d deb nomlanuvchi ushbu maqsad boshqa maqsadlar bilan o\u2018zaro bog\u2018liq bo\u2018lib, u <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sustainable_Development_Goal_1\">SDG 1<\/a> ni, ya\u02bcni o\u02bbta qashshoqlikka barham berishni to\u02bbldiradi va u dunyoning barcha mamlakatlari uchun dolzarbdir. 2012\u20132017-yillarda 73 mamlakatda aholining eng quyi 40 foizi daromadlari o\u2018sgan. Shunga qaramay, ma\u2019lumotlarga ega bo\u2018lgan barcha mamlakatlarda aholining eng quyi 40 foizi umumiy daromad yoki iste&#8217;molning 25 foizdan kamini olgan.<\/p><p>Tengsizlik iqtisodiy, jins, nogironlik, irqiy, ijtimoiy tengsizlik va kamsitishning turli shakllari kabi turli shakllarda mavjud. Salomatlik, ifloslanish va atrof-muhitning tengligi bilan bog\u2018liq muammolar ko\u2018pincha tengsizlikdan bilan ajralmasdir. Ba\u2019zan bu muammolar mahalliy va aborigen jamoalar, etnik ozchiliklar va past ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy maqom (SES) jamoalari bilan ham bog\u2018liq. Atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish bo\u2018yicha tadqiqotlar shuni ko\u2018rsatadiki, bu jamoalar sog\u2018liq va atrof-muhit uchun uzoq muddatli xavf tug\u2018diradigan ifloslanish va toksik ifloslanish xavfi yuqori bo\u2018lgan muhitda tartibsiz yashaydi.<\/p><p>Globallashuv shuningdek, migratsiya, ko\u2018chish va mulkdan mahrum bo\u2018lish bilan birga keladi va bu ko\u2018pincha marginallashgan jamoalar, guruhlarning zaifligini oshiradi. Bu ularning globallashuv va emansipatsiya istiqbollariga salbiy ta&#8217;sir qiladi, shu bilan birga tengsizlikni oshiradi.
