Birinchi 5 ta maqsad &#171;maqsadli natijalar&#187; deyiladi va ular quyidagilar:<\/p><ol><li>barqaror rivojlanish,chidamli va inklyuziv infratuzilmalarni rivojlantirish;<\/li><li>inklyuziv va barqaror sanoatlashtirishni rivojlantirish;<\/li><li>moliyaviy xizmatlar va bozorlarga kirishni kengaytirish;<\/li><li>barqarorlik uchun barcha sanoat va infratuzilmalarni yangilash;<\/li><li>tadqiqotlarni kuchaytirish va sanoat texnologiyalarini yangilash.<\/li><\/ol><p>Qolgan 3 ta maqsad maqsadlarga erish uchun vositadir:<\/p><ol><li>Rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlar uchun barqaror infratuzilmani rivojlantirishga ko&#8217;maklashish;<\/li><li>mahalliy texnologiyalarni rivojlantirish va sanoatni diversifikatsiya qilishni qo\u2018llab-quvvatlash;<\/li><li>axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalaridan universal foydalanish.<\/li><\/ol><p>Maqsad boshqa SDGlar bilan o\u2018zaro bog\u2018liqlikka ega. Sanoatlashtirish SDG 8 va SDG 11 bilan bog&#8217;liq bo&#8217;lsa-da, innovatsiyalar va yangi ko&#8217;nikmalarni rivojlantirish SDG 2, SDG 6, SDG 7 va SDG 11 ni amalga oshirishga yordam beradi. 2019-yilda dunyo ishchilarining 14 foizi ishlab chiqarish faoliyatida band bo\u2018lgan. Bu foiz 2000-yildan beri deyarli o\u2018zgarmadi. Ishlab chiqarishdagi bandlikning ulushi Sharqiy va Janubi-Sharqiy Osiyoda eng yuqori (18 foiz), eng pasti esa Sahroi Kabirdan janubiy Afrikada (6 foiz) bo\u2018lgan. Millionlab odamlar narxi, qamrovi va boshqa sabablarga ko\u2018ra hali ham Internetga kira olmayapti.
