eng past ta\u2019sir va eng ijobiy ijtimoiy natijalarga ega bo\u2018lishiga ishonch hosil qilishi lozimligini nazarda tutadi. Shunga ko\u2018ra, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/nuu.uz\/moliyaviy-faoliyat\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">barqaror moliya tizimi<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> birinchi navbatda <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1XaNjC0_J9NzUUobQbM8ydt6qPO0BNAXw\/view\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">keraksiz xaridlarni kamaytirishi<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ortiqcha yoki ko\u2018p ishlatiladigan mahsulotlarni sotib olishni qisqartirish, qayta ishlanadigan yoki kompostlanadigan (tabiiy chirindi) mahsulotlarni sotib olishga ustuvor ahamiyat berishi kerak.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O\u2018zbekiston Milliy universiteti ham, o\u2018zining rivojlanish strategiyasida Barqaror xaridlar siyosatini ilgari suradi. Universitetning Barqaror xaridlar strategiyasini qo\u2018llashdan maqsadi &#8212; ijtimoiy, ekologik va boshqa xavflarni kamaytirish bilan birga, rejali asosda samaradorlikni oshirish orqali <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1TEHvuVVp7glogt1eqjaDvzoCq0RGcKYb\/edit#gid=1573525734\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tovarlar va xizmatlarni<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> xarid qilish, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1X7FDW3DTgSs_NaMXrZ-1q5ea7fGmwNiD\/view\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">maxalliy ishlab chiqaruvchilarni qo\u2018llab quvvatlashdan<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> iboratdir. Universitetning xarid qilish tizimlari orqali sotib olayotgan maxsulotlar, yoki <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1KpHbzoIAMNvMXrt52DzqXMi-ZAAHA7gO\/edit#gid=1128590655\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">universitetning boshqa shartnomalari<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> bo\u2018yicha yetkazib beriladigan xizmatlardan foydalanganda, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1W9jhkXDY7rPlGQ2K2ms23RdGx4geKAL9\/view\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">talabalar va xodimlarning ijtimoiy masalalar<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> kabi mezonlar e\u2019tiborga olinishi lozim.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Barqaror xaridlar mahsulotlarga bo\u2018lgan ehtiyojni qondirishga qaratilgan xizmatlar pul qiymatiga erishadigan tarzda, eng ijobiy ijtimoiy, ekologik va iqtisodiy hayot ijobiy ta\u2019sir qilishi mumkin.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bunday harakatlar ishlab chiqaruvchi tashkilotlarning tashabbuskor bo\u2018lishga undaydi, tegishli tekshiruv jarayonilaridan so\u2018ng barqarorlikka bo\u2018lgan ta\u2019sirlarni aniqlash, baholash, oldini olish, yumshatish va hisobga olish imkoni beradi.
