siyosati<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ca8277c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ca8277c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bugungi kunda O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi aholisning 60% dan ortig\u2018ini yoshlar tashkil etadi. Yoshlar hayoti, sifatli ta\u2019lim, kasb-hunarga yo\u2018naltirish, ularning huquq va erkinlarini ta\u2019minlash, orzu-umidlarini ro\u2018yobga chiqarish kabi masalalar davlat siyosati darajasiga ko\u2018tarilgan bo\u2018lib, yoshlar faoliyatini qo\u2018llab-quvvatlash va tizimga solish borasida bir qancha normativ-huquqiy hujjatlar qabul qilingan.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yoshlarga oid davlat siyosatining huquqiy asoslarini mustahkamlash maqsadida 2016 yil 14 sentyabr kuni \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/lex.uz\/docs\/3026246#3026283\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yoshlarga oid davlat siyosati to\u2018g\u2018risida<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201dgi O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi Qonuni qabul qilindi. O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/lex.uz\/acts\/3255680\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yoshlarga oid davlat siyosati samaradorligini oshirish va O\u2018zbekiston yoshlar ittifoqining faolitiyani qo\u2018llab-quvvatlash to\u2018g\u2018risida<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201dgi 2017 yil 5 iyuldagi PF-5106 sonli farmoni, \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/lex.uz\/docs\/3409650?ONDATE=30.06.2021\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O\u2018zbekiston yoshlar ittifoqi faoliyatini takomillashtirishga doir kompleks chora-tadbirlar to\u2018g\u2018risida<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201dgi 2017 yil 18 iyuldagi PQ-3138-sonli qaroriga muvofiq, O\u2018zbekiston yoshlar ittifoqining oliy ta\u2019lim muassasalaridag yoshlar manfaatlarining haqiqiy himoyachisi bo\u2018lishiga erishish, ta\u2019lim sifatining oshirishga doir jarayonlarni o\u2018rganish hamda muassasada jamoatchilik nazoratini o\u2018rnatish maqsadadi qabul qilingan. Yoshlar faoliyatini yana takomillashtirish maqsadida O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/lex.uz\/docs\/4880129\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O\u2018zbekiston respublikasi yoshlar ishlari agentligi faoliyatini tashkil etish to\u2018g\u2018risida<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201dgi 30.06.2020 yildagi PQ-4768-sonli qarori, Respublikasi Vazirlar Mahkamasining \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/lex.uz\/docs\/5234746\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O\u2018zbekistonda yoshlarga oid davlat siyosatini 2025 yilgacha rivojlantirish konsepsiyasini tasdiqlash to\u2018g\u2018risida<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201dgi 18.01.2021 yildagi 23-sonli qarori qabul qilindi.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ushbu qonun hujjatlari, yoshlar manfaatlarini to\u2018liq himoya qilib, Respublikadagi barcha oliy ta\u2019lim muassasalarida O\u2018zbekiston yoshlar ittifoqi boshlang\u2018ich tashkilotlarini tuzish tashabbusini qo\u2018llab-quvvatlaydi. Boshlang\u2018ich tashkilotlar faoliyati O\u2018zbekiston yoshlar ittifoqining tegishli mahalliy kengashlari hamda OTM tomonidan muvofiqlashtirib boriladi.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yoshlar yetakchisining saylovi har o\u2018quv yili boshi (sentyabr oyi)da o\u2018tkaziladi. Ittifoq boshlang\u2018ich tashkilotlarning rahbar organi hisoblanadi. Umumiy yig\u2018ilish har chorakda bir marta o\u2018tkaziladi. Umumiy yig\u2018ilishda yoshlar kengashi, fakultet kengashi, guruh yetakchilari va Ittifoq a\u2019zolari ishtirok etadi.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yoshlar yetakchisi OTMning barcha Kengashlari va yoshlar masalasiga oid boshqa komissiyalarga a\u2019zo sifatida kiritiladi. Yoshlar yetakchisi Ittifoqning mahalliy kengashi va OTM rektoriga to\u2018g\u2018ridan-to\u2018g\u2018ri bo\u2018ysunadi.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Boshlang\u2018ich tashkilot OTMning Yoshlar ittifoqi maqsad-vazifalariga xayrixoh bo\u2018lgan kamida besh nafar yoshlarning tashabbusi bilan tuziladi hamda Ittifoqning mahalliy kengashlari tomonidan ro\u2018yxatga olinadi.
