(Ecology and environment protection) &#8212; faculty training and environment creation &#8212; the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan addressed &#171;On the issues of fundamental reform of ecology and environment in the Republic of Uzbekistan&#187; on March 5, 2020, the faculty of <b>\u201cEcology\u201d <\/b>was established primarily within the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0In 2024, as part of ongoing reforms initiated by the university&#8217;s rector, inom Madjidov, a strategic optimization of faculties was caried out to enhance their efficiency. As a result, the <a href=\"https:\/\/nuu.uz\/en\/faculty\/biologiya\/\"><b>\u201c<\/b><strong>Faculty of Ecology and Biology<b>\u201d<\/b><\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 The initiative by the rector not only modernized the faculty structure but also expanded its capacity and strengthened its ability to meet both national and global environmental
