The SOLID project, implemented by the National University of Uzbekistan<\/a> and the Technical University of Nuremberg, is aimed at developing the field of social work. The project is funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).<\/p>

On November 20-21, an international seminar was held at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the National University of Uzbekistan, where issues of integration of education and practice, creation of new educational materials on the prevention of psychotropic substances were discussed.<\/p>

The main goal of the project is to prevent the use of psychoactive substances by strengthening cooperation between social work and NGOs. It covers three areas:<\/p>
