Discussion on Water Resources and Climate Change at NUUz
An international scientific-practical conference was held at NUUz dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Department of Hydrology.
An international scientific-practical conference on “Key Directions in Hydrological Research under Climate Change: Modern Approaches and Technologies” was organized at the National University of Uzbekistan to mark the 80th anniversary of the Department of Terrestrial Hydrology, Hydrometeorology Division, Faculty of Physics.

💠The conference was opened with a welcoming address by the university leadership. During the event, issues such as the rational use of water resources under climate change, current directions in hydrological research, and the application of innovative technologies were extensively discussed.
Anjumanda Suv xo‘jaligi vaziri o‘rinbosari Qarshiyev Rustam Jo‘rayevich, Gidrometeorologiya xizmati agentligi direktori o‘rinbosari Karimov Ibratjon Alijonovich, Gidrometeorologiya ilmiy-tadqiqot instituti direktori Turg‘unov Doniyor Mannapjonovich, shuningdek Favqulodda vaziyatlar vazirligi va Fuqaro muhofazasi instituti mutaxassislari ishtirok etishdi.
📌 The conference brought together renowned foreign and Uzbek scientists, professors and lecturers from various higher education institutions, as well as doctoral and master’s students and undergraduates, who shared their scientific research and experiences.
