On October 30, L. Jabarova, a teacher of the “Social Psychology” department of the Faculty of Social Sciences of NUU, conducted a training on the topic “Advantage of Art Therapy at different stages of personality development” with 1st-year students in the “Family Psychology” department.
In the training, issues such as getting to know the inner self, imagining oneself as a person, developing self-perception, alleviating psycho-emotional stress were studied.
The purpose of education:
- spontaneity, development of counter processes;
- determining the personal information, claims, problems of each participant, his position in the group;
- checking inter-agent and group dynamics.
