3rd year students of the Faculty of Mathematics F. Mahmudov, J. Norboyev, F. Quvvatov were nominated for the prestigious “Young Mathematician” scholarship of “Asakabank” JSC.
Among the candidates, the scholarship winner was determined by secret ballot. According to the results, the 3rd-year Uzbek group student J. Norboyev was awarded the prestigious “Young Mathematician” scholarship.
The purpose of recommending talented students to the “Young Mathematician” scholarship is to train mature and competitive personnel in the field of mathematics for society and the state, to increase the intellectual potential of young people, and to support talented students in higher education institutions.
The recipient of the scholarship was awarded by Yaqub Ergashev, vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations, Obidjon Zikirov, dean of the Faculty of Mathematics, and the head of JSC “Asakabank”.
