ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE COURSES
We respond to your questions!
Students from schools and universities throughout Tashkent and Uzbekistan have been submitting us questions on climate change and their remedies for the past five years.
More than 600 of your concerns have been addressed by our team of climate scientists, conservation biologists, fire scientists, chemists, lawyers, engineers, psychologists, social scientists, hydrometeorologists, Indigenous knowledge specialists, and health experts!
With the aim of achieving the objectives of paragraph 14 of the paragraph No. 19 (Ecology and environment protection) – faculty training and environment creation – the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan addressed “On the issues of fundamental reform of ecology and environment in the Republic of Uzbekistan” on March 5, 2020, the faculty of “Ecology” was established primarily within the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. In 2024, as part of ongoing reforms initiated by the university’s rector, inom Madjidov, a strategic optimization of faculties was caried out to enhance their efficiency. As a result, the “Faculty of Ecology and Biology”. The initiative by the rector not only modernized the faculty structure but also expanded its capacity and strengthened its ability to meet both national and global environmental challenges.
