Psychological seminars and trainings were held at the National University of Uzbekistan
An educational seminar and psychological training sessions were organized by the professors and teachers of the National University of Uzbekistan in the military unit as part of the “Psychological Work Day”. This event was held to strengthen the mental stability of military personnel, help them overcome psychological difficulties that may arise during service, and create a healthy psychological environment in the team.
As part of the event, a seminar was organized on the topic “What is emotional pressure?”, which provided detailed information about the concept of emotional pressure, its impact on the human psyche and health. Experts provided explanations about the impact of emotional pressure on human activity, especially on efficiency in the process of responsible service. Methods of behavior in stressful situations, managing emotions, and maintaining mental balance were also discussed.
During the seminar, various psychological trainings were also conducted for military personnel. These sessions focused on developing their communication skills, concentration, building mutual trust, and strengthening team cohesion. Through interactive methods, questions and answers, and group exercises, participants actively participated and had the opportunity to express their thoughts and opinions.
During the training, participants were given practical recommendations on how to overcome stress, develop positive thinking, maintain mental balance, and increase efficiency in service activities. Such training helps military personnel become not only physically but also mentally resilient.
At the end of the event, the participants noted that these seminars and trainings are important in creating a healthy psychological environment in the military community, strengthening mutual respect and solidarity, and enhancing a positive attitude towards service.
