Youth Affairs Agency
Support youth development, promote educational initiatives
The Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan maintains active cooperation with the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. This partnership aims to support youth development, promote educational initiatives, and strengthen students’ engagement in social, scientific, and cultural activities.
Within the framework of cooperation, various projects and programs are implemented to enhance leadership skills, innovation, and civic responsibility among young people. Joint seminars, forums, and training sessions are regularly organized to foster the intellectual and creative potential of students.
COLLABORATION OF NUU AND YOUTH AFFAIRS AGENCY
Moreover, the collaboration focuses on developing youth entrepreneurship, promoting volunteer movements, and encouraging students to take an active part in addressing social challenges. The Agency and the University jointly create opportunities for young researchers and talented students to realize their ideas through grants, competitions, and internships.
A key aspect of the partnership is the joint work on creating an innovation ecosystem within the university. Through the support of the Youth Affairs Agency, young researchers and students are provided with opportunities to participate in grant programs, research projects, and international exchanges. This enables them to develop their scientific potential and contribute to the advancement of the country’s academic and technological fields.
Furthermore, the Agency and the University actively collaborate in implementing state youth policy priorities, ensuring that students are well-integrated into national development programs. The partnership also strengthens cooperation with other educational and social institutions, both in Uzbekistan and abroad, thereby broadening the horizons for youth engagement at the global level.
This close cooperation serves as a practical example of how governmental and educational institutions can jointly contribute to nurturing a generation of highly educated, creative, and socially responsible citizens who will play a leading role in building the future of Uzbekistan.
