A promotional meeting was held as part of the "Safe and Healthy Homeland" month

An important preventive meeting was organized at the Faculty of Physics of the National University of Uzbekistan as part of the “Safe and Healthy Country” month. Representatives of the Almazar district coordination department, faculty leadership, tutors, and 140 students and youth participated in the event.

The main goal of the meeting was to call on young people to prevent the harmful effects of drug addiction and psychotropic substances, crimes related to their illegal circulation, as well as vices such as fraud, extortion, and violence. Experts provided detailed explanations on the topic, and the harmful consequences that such vices have on individual life and social development were explained with examples.

Also, during the meeting, a wide exchange of views was held among young people on the issues of preventing offenses, strengthening legality and discipline in them, and increasing responsibility. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions of interest to them.

This outreach event served to enhance legal culture among young people, encourage them to be vigilant and aware, and also to establish a healthy lifestyle in society. The meeting left a deep impression on the students, encouraging them to be role models not only in their personal lives, but also for those around them.
