International Scientific-Practical Conference on “Modern Technologies of Computational Linguistics – CTCL.2024.”

On April 22, 2024, at Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan, the Faculty of Uzbek Philology, Department of Computational Linguistics and Applied Linguistics organized the International Scientific-Practical Conference on “Modern Technologies of Computational Linguistics – CTCL.2024.”

The conference was opened by Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation Y. Ergashev, Dean of the Faculty of Uzbek Philology M. Chorshanbiyev, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics Z. Rahmonov, Head of the Department of Computational Linguistics and Applied Linguistics Nilufar Abdurahmonova, Vice-Rector of Japan Digital University Yoko Watanabe, Professor, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences M. Aripov, and Deputy Director for Science of the Research Institute for the Development of Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence, PhD N. A’zamov, who all delivered welcoming remarks and presentations.

International participants also joined the conference, including L. Boizou (University of Cologne, Germany), M. Houssouba (University of Basel, Switzerland), A. Gatiatullin (Kazan Federal University, Russia), A. Shormakova and V. Karyukin (Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Kazakhstan), S. Vallapil (Independent Researcher, National University of Uzbekistan), B. Elov (Alisher Navoiy Tashkent State University), and E. Nazirova (Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi).
