The Trade Union Committee of the National University of Uzbekistan held an event on May 9 – Day of Remembrance and Appreciation. A set of gifts was prepared for veterans at the event. Retired veterans who worked at the university for many years were visited. Their status and condition was checked. The veterans were congratulated on the holiday. Packages of food products were presented to them. Present professors and teachers were also recognized at the event.
The work of our dedicated teachers was highly appreciated. Employees who took an active part in the military operations in Afghanistan received special respect. A warm dialogue was established with the veterans at the event. The spirit of friendship and solidarity among the team was strengthened.
