loyihasi doirasida talaba-yoshlarning bo\u2018sh vaqtlarini mazmunli tashkil etish, ularning ruhiy salomatligini mustahkamlash hamda shaxsiy rivojlanishiga ko\u2018maklashish maqsadida turli ma\u2019rifiy va psixologik tadbirlar o\u2018tkazilmoqda. Ana shunday tadbirlardan biri sifatida filial xotin-qizlar psixologi A.Sa&#8217;dullayeva tomonidan \u201cRuhiyat va ranglar\u201d nomli trening mashg\u2018uloti ko\u2018tarinki kayfiyatda tashkil etildi.<\/p><p data-start=\"662\" data-end=\"1066\">Mazkur trening talaba-yoshlar tomonidan katta qiziqish bilan kutib olindi. Trening davomida ranglarning inson ruhiyatiga ta\u2019siri, ularning kayfiyat, fikrlash va hissiy holat bilan bog\u2018liqligi haqida atroflicha ma\u2019lumotlar berildi. Shuningdek, talabalar o\u2018z his-tuyg\u2018ularini anglash, stressli vaziyatlarda to\u2018g\u2018ri qaror qabul qilish va o\u2018z salohiyatini namoyon eta olish bo\u2018yicha amaliy mashqlarni ham bajarishdi.<\/p><p data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1813\">Mashg\u2018ulot davomida turli interaktiv usullar, savol-javoblar, guruhli muhokamalar va psixologik mashqlar orqali talabalar faol ishtirok etishdi. mustahkamlashga hamda ijobiy fikrlashni rivojlantirishga katta yordam berishini ta\u2019kidlashdi.<\/p><p data-start=\"2083\" data-end=\"2330\">Shu kabi ma\u2019rifiy va psixologik tadbirlar talaba-yoshlarning bo\u2018sh vaqtini samarali tashkil etish, ularning ma\u2019naviy-ruhiy rivojiga xizmat qilish hamda kelajakda yetuk, mustaqil fikrlaydigan shaxs sifatida shakllanishida muhim ahamiyat kasb
