Milliy universiteti Jizzax filialida \u201cDolzarb \u2013 90 kunlik\u201d loyihasi doirasida talaba-yoshlarning bo\u2018sh vaqtlarini mazmunli tashkil etish, ularning ruhiy salomatligini mustahkamlash hamda ijtimoiy faolligini oshirish maqsadida turli ma\u2019rifiy va psixologik tadbirlar muntazam tashkil etib kelinmoqda. Ana shunday tadbirlardan biri sifatida filial psixologi K. Irgasheva hamda Xotin-qizlar psixologi A. Sa\u2019dullayeva tomonidan \u201cRuhiyat va ranglar\u201d nomli trening mashg\u2018uloti ko\u2018tarinki kayfiyatda o\u2018tkazildi.<\/p><p data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"1078\">Mazkur trening talaba-yoshlarning ruhiy holatini mustahkamlash, ularning kundalik hayotida hamda amaliy faoliyatida uchrashi mumkin bo\u2018lgan psixologik to\u2018siqlarni yengib o\u2018tishiga ko\u2018maklashish, shuningdek, ichki motivatsiya, iroda kuchi va o\u2018ziga bo\u2018lgan ishonchni yanada oshirishga qaratildi.
