class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O\u2018zbekiston Milliy universiteti Psixologiya fakulteti tyutorlari tashabbusi bilan \u201cYoshlar kuni\u201d haftaligi doirasida \u201cTalaba yoshlar o\u2018rtasida profilaktik tadbir\u201d tashkil etildi. Tadbir universitet talabalari uchun ruhiy salomatlik, stressni boshqarish va barqaror ijtimoiy muhitni shakllantirishga qaratildi.<\/p><p data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"718\">Mazkur profilaktik tadbirning asosiy vazifalari quyidagilardan iborat:<\/p><p data-start=\"722\" data-end=\"778\">Talabalar o\u2018rtasida huquqbuzarliklarning oldini olish;<\/p><p data-start=\"781\" data-end=\"822\">Ma\u2019naviy-axloqiy muhitni mustahkamlash;<\/p><p data-start=\"825\" data-end=\"862\">Suitsid holatlarining oldini olish;<\/p><p data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"960\">Talabalarni ruhiy salomatlik va shaxsiy barqarorlikni mustahkamlash bo\u2018yicha xabardor qilish.<\/p><p data-start=\"962\" data-end=\"1175\">Tadbir davomida yoshlar muammoli vaziyatlarda qanday to\u2018g\u2018ri qarorlar qabul qilishi, stress va ijtimoiy bosimlarni yengish, hamda zarur hollarda mutaxassislarga murojaat qilishning ahamiyati alohida ta\u2019kidlandi.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section rivojlantirish<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4dea07d elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"4dea07d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-70ed355 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"70ed355\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1243\" data-end=\"1490\">Tadbirda direktor maslahatchisi M. Xaydarov, Xotin-qizlar maslahati kengashi raisi I. Mamatqulova, profilaktika inspektori K. Qilicheva, filial psixologi K. Ergasheva hamda xotin-qizlar psixologi A. Sadullayeva ishtirok etdi.<\/p><p data-start=\"1492\" data-end=\"1696\">Ular yoshlarni turli salbiy illatlardan asrash, sog\u2018lom turmush tarzini targ\u2018ib qilish, ruhiy barqarorlikni shakllantirish va hayotga ijobiy qarashni rivojlantirish yuzasidan amaliy tavsiyalar berdilar.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"1701\" \/><p data-start=\"1750\" data-end=\"1852\">Tadbir davomida talabalarga ochiq muloqot imkoniyati yaratilib, quyidagi masalalar muhokama qilindi:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"2110\"><li data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"1899\"><p data-start=\"1856\" data-end=\"1899\">Ruhiy tushkunlik va depressiya belgilari;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1900\" data-end=\"1959\"><p data-start=\"1902\" data-end=\"1959\">Stressni boshqarish va motivatsiyani oshirish usullari;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1960\" data-end=\"2032\"><p data-start=\"1962\" data-end=\"2032\">Ijtimoiy bosim va shaxsiy muammolarni bartaraf etish strategiyalari;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2110\"><p data-start=\"2035\" data-end=\"2110\">Talabalar fikr va takliflarini tinglash hamda muammolariga yechim topish.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2112\" data-end=\"2240\">Ochiq muloqot orqali talabalarning ijtimoiy faolligi oshirildi va ularning ta\u2019lim jarayoniga bo\u2018lgan qiziqishi mustahkamlandi.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2242\" data-end=\"2245\" \/><p data-start=\"2302\" data-end=\"2491\">Universitet mutaxassislari ta\u2019kidlaganidek, ruhiy salomatlik va barqarorlik \u2014 har bir talaba hayotining ajralmas qismi hisoblanadi. Tadbir davomida quyidagi masalalarga e\u2019tibor qaratildi:<\/p><p data-start=\"2495\" data-end=\"2599\">Stressni boshqarish: Imtihonlar va shaxsiy muammolarni yengish uchun samarali usullarni o\u2018rganish;<\/p><p data-start=\"2602\" data-end=\"2701\">Motivatsiya va shaxsiy rivojlanish: Talabalar o\u2018z maqsad va rejalari ustida ishlashga undash;<\/p><p data-start=\"2704\" data-end=\"2810\">Ruhiy barqarorlikni mustahkamlash: Salbiy fikr va holatlarga qarshi ijobiy munosabat shakllantirish;<\/p><p data-start=\"2813\" data-end=\"2909\">Sog\u2018lom ijtimoiy muhit: Talabalarni bir-biriga yordam berishga va ijobiy muloqotga undash.<\/p><p data-start=\"2911\" data-end=\"3076\">Bunday tadbirlar yoshlar orasida ruhiy salomatlikni ta\u2019minlash, ijtimoiy muammolarni kamaytirish va barqaror ijtimoiy muhitni yaratishda muhim ahamiyat kasb
