In his speech, he highlighted the major achievements in the field of higher education and science throughout 2025, particularly the implementation of the assignments given by the <strong data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1139\">President<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1176\">Presidential Administration<\/strong>, and the <strong data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1210\">Cabinet of Ministers<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1586\">\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-f6b8e3e\" data-id=\"f6b8e3e\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2143e5c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2143e5c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"164\" data-end=\"629\">It was noted that as of <strong data-start=\"188\" data-end=\"205\">December 2025<\/strong>, the ministry had been assigned a total of <strong data-start=\"249\" data-end=\"262\">966 tasks<\/strong>, of which <strong data-start=\"273\" data-end=\"288\">714 (73.9%)<\/strong> have been fully completed. Out of <strong data-start=\"323\" data-end=\"346\">612 key assignments<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"348\" data-end=\"363\">475 (77.6%)<\/strong> have been implemented, while the remaining tasks are currently in progress. It was also noted that <strong data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"504\">special entrance examinations were organized for visually impaired applicants<\/strong>, and the <strong data-start=\"514\" data-end=\"569\">foreign language certificate requirement was waived<\/strong> for certain categories of citizens applying for <strong data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"646\">master\u2019s degree programs<\/strong>. These measures were recognized as <strong data-start=\"682\" data-end=\"747\">important steps toward the development of inclusive education<\/strong> in Uzbekistan.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-a0a1d53\" data-id=\"a0a1d53\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-953b20d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"953b20d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>During the event, <strong data-start=\"174\" data-end=\"252\">representatives of the Uzbekistan Association of Persons with Disabilities<\/strong>, as well as <strong data-start=\"265\" data-end=\"293\">students and researchers<\/strong>, presented <strong data-start=\"305\" data-end=\"347\">specific proposals and recommendations<\/strong> regarding the practice of inclusive education, existing challenges, and ways to overcome them. The discussions highlighted several key areas, including the <strong data-start=\"504\" data-end=\"588\">modernization of higher education infrastructure based on inclusive requirements<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"594\" data-end=\"631\">adaptation of student dormitories<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"674\">training of qualified specialists<\/strong>, and the <strong data-start=\"684\" data-end=\"729\">wider integration of digital technologies<\/strong> into the educational process.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Inclusive
