During the meeting, the rector spoke about the large-scale work being carried out at the university on energy efficiency, renewable energy sources and the implementation of the &#171;green university&#187; concept.<\/p><p>As Inom Madjidov noted during the lecture, the National University of Uzbekistan is currently achieving significant results in energy conservation, ensuring environmental cleanliness and incorporating the ideas of sustainable development into the educational process. Modern solar panels are being installed in university buildings, energy-efficient lighting systems are being introduced, and heating and cooling networks are being modernized.<\/p><p>Automatic energy management systems are also being installed in university research centers and student dormitories. Therefore, the university focuses its activities on increasing energy efficiency and widespread introduction of renewable energy sources. In particular, research work is actively being carried out on the use of solar, wind and biogas energy.<\/p><p>At the end of the lecture, the rector called on young people to increase environmental literacy, form a culture of energy conservation, and connect science with practice. He also called on students of the Technical Lyceum to actively participate under the slogan &#171;Green Energy is Our Future&#187;.<\/p><p>Today, such initiatives implemented at the university are of great importance not only for the modernization of the infrastructure of the educational institution, but also for the formation of a culture of energy conservation, environmental protection and sustainable development in society as a whole.<\/p><p>The university is taking bold steps towards creating an environmentally friendly, energy-efficient and innovative educational environment based on the concept of a &#171;green university&#187;.
