During the event, the role and importance of the Constitutional Court in the current context of the system of separation of state powers were discussed in detail.<\/p><p>The event began by emphasizing the key functions of the Constitutional Court and its vital role in ensuring the proper and fair functioning of state power. The Constitutional Court is primarily responsible for monitoring the implementation and compliance of state laws and constitutional order. In addition, special emphasis was placed on the court&#8217;s role in legal oversight and the enforcement of constitutional laws, which is crucial for upholding the rule of law and protecting the rights of citizens.<\/p><p>In addition, the independence of the Constitutional Court became a key topic of discussion at the event. Protecting the court from political pressure and ensuring its independence in functioning are essential conditions for the country\u2019s legal system and democratic processes. To guarantee the court&#8217;s effective operation, its independence and objectivity must be preserved, as this enables the court to make highly professional and fair decisions.<\/p><p>Overall, the event provided a comprehensive overview of the Constitutional Court&#8217;s role in the system of separation of state powers, emphasizing its critical function in upholding current laws, safeguarding citizens&#8217; rights, and ensuring social justice. Such academic-practical events are, in turn, vital steps toward advancing legal culture and fostering the development of a democratic
