February 11 was announced by the UN General Assembly as «International Day of Women and Girls in Science» and is widely celebrated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In connection with this date, the National University of Uzbekistan is holding a republican women’s forum on the topic «Scientist — the educator of the nation’s future».<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The forum was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the Family and Women’s Committee, the National University of Uzbekistan, the «Olima» women’s associations of Uzbekistan and the university women’s council, together with the sources of our republic. done young talented women are also participating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rector of the National University of Uzbekistan Inom Madjidov took part in this forum and emphasized that women and female scientists make a significant contribution to the modern socio-economic development and the development of Uzbek science.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
