Talaba qizlarga mo\u02bbljallangan ushbu tadbir nafaqat ta\u02bclim platformasi, balki yosh ayollarga o\u02bbz salomatligi va farovonligi uchun mas\u02bcul bo\u02bblish imkoniyatlarini kengaytirishda katalizator bo\u02bblib xizmat qildi.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muhokama qiz bolalar salomatligi oilalarning umumiy mustahkamligi va mustahkamligida muhim rol o\u2018ynaydigan ta\u2019sirchan taqdimot bilan ochildi. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko&#8217;rsatadiki, ayollar sog&#8217;lom bo&#8217;lsa, oilalar gullab-yashnaydi. Sog\u2018lom ayollar ko\u2018proq sog\u2018lom farzandlar tarbiyalaydilar, o\u2018z jamiyatlariga ijobiy hissa qo\u2018shadilar va mehnatda faol ishtirok etadilar. Bu o\u2018zaro bog\u2018liqlik jamiyat taraqqiyotining asosiy elementi sifatida qizlar salomatligiga ustuvor ahamiyat berish zarurligini ta\u2019kidlaydi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Davra suhbatida hurmatli ma\u2019ruzachilar, jumladan, tibbiyot xodimlari, psixologlar, pedagoglar qizlar salomatligining turli jihatlari bo\u2018yicha o\u2018z fikrlari bilan o\u2018rtoqlashdi. Mavzular jismoniy farovonlikdan, masalan, ovqatlanish va mashqlardan tortib, stressni boshqarish va o&#8217;z-o&#8217;zini hurmat qilish kabi ruhiy salomatlik muammolarigacha bo&#8217;lgan. So\u2018zga chiqqanlar har tomonlama sog\u2018liqni saqlash ta\u2019limi akademik o\u2018quv dasturining ajralmas qismi bo\u2018lishi, yosh xotin-qizlarni ongli tanlov qilish uchun bilim va vositalar bilan qurollantirish zarurligini ta\u2019kidladilar.Ishtirokchilar qizg&#8217;in munozaralarda qatnashdilar, shaxsiy tajribalari va sog&#8217;liq va farovonlik bilan bog&#8217;liq muammolarni baham ko&#8217;rdilar. Ushbu interfaol format talabalarda hamjamiyat hissini uyg&#8217;otdi va ularga chuqurroq darajada ulanish imkonini berdi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muloqot, shuningdek, ayollar salomatligi bilan bog&#8217;liq madaniy tasavvurlarni yoritib, erishilgan yutuqlar va haligacha to&#8217;siqlarni ta&#8217;kidladi.Davra suhbatidan olingan asosiy fikrlardan biri ustozlik va o\u2018rnak bo\u2018lishning ahamiyati bo\u2018ldi. Yosh ayollar turli sohalardagi yetakchi ayollardan yo\u2018l-yo\u2018riq so\u2018rashga da\u2019vat etildi, bu esa vakolatli ayollar kelajak avlodlarni ilhomlantirishi mumkinligi haqidagi g\u2018oyani mustahkamladi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tadbir ishtirokchilarni nafaqat o\u2018zlari, balki oilalari va jamiyatlari uchun ham o\u2018z salomatligi va farovonligi uchun himoya qilishga chaqirish bilan yakunlandi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\"
