Turmush qurishdan avval stabil daromati, shaxsiy uyi bo\u2018lishi kerak. Har doim shaxsiy gigiyena qoidalariga rioya qilishi, to\u2018g\u2018ri ratsional ovqatlanishi, ko\u2018p jismoniy harakatda bo\u2018lishi, salbiy odatlarini (ichish, chakish) yo\u2018qotishi, bekorga asabiylashmaslik, vaqtida dam olishi, o\u2018zini chiniqtirishi kerak. Hali to\u2019la-to\u2019kis rivojlanib ulgurmagan organizm, homilador bo\u2019lishi mumkin. Bu homiladorlikni oxirigacha yetkaza olmay, vaqtidan oldin tu- g\u2019ilishga, kichik muddatlarda homilaning tushishiga, ona qornida homilaning rivojlanishdan to\u2019xtashiga, mikroblar tushishi natijasida qo\u2019shimcha kasalliklar qo\u2019shilib, bepushtlikkacha sabab bo\u2019lishi mumkin. Barvaqt jinsiy hayot boshlagan qizlarda bachadon bo\u2019yni raki ko\u2019p uchraydi. Shularni e\u2019tiborga olgan holda qizlarni 20 yoshdan boshlab turmushga berishsa maqsadga muvofiq bo\u2019lgan bo\u2019lar edi. Tug\u2019ishning eng oltin davri bu 20 yoshdan 30 yoshgachadir. Bu davrlarda ayollar so g\u2019lom turmush tarzini yuritishi, oilani to\u2019 g\u2019ri rejalashtirishi kerak bo\u2019ladi, chunki sog\u2019lom onadan sog\u2019lom bola dunyoga keladi. Onalari sog\u2019lom bo\u2019lgan yurtning farzandlari ham so g\u2019lom, barkamol yetuk bo\u2019lib shakllanadi. Ayolni homiladorlik davrida turli qo\u2019rquv holatlardan, mehnat faoliyatida homilaga salbiy ta\u2019sir etishi mumkin bo\u2019lgan alkogol ichimliklari, nikotin, giyohvandlik moddalaridan, mehnatning ayrim turlaridan, turli virusli, yuqumli kasalliklardan, surunkali dardlarning xuruj qilishidan, tanosil va ayollar xastaliklaridan, ovqatlanish, dam olish, uxlash tartibining buzilishidan, nurlanish, kimyoviy moddalar, shu jumladan, homilaga va homiladorlikning kechishiga salbiy ta\u2019sir ko\u2019rsatadigan dori-darmonlardan saqlanishi tavsiya etiladi. Tibbiy madaniyati yuqori bo\u2018lgan onaning bolasi har doim sog\u2018lom tug\u2018iladi va sog\u2018lom o\u2018sadi. Ona bolasini emlash kalendari bo\u2018yicha OPga oborib, o\u2018z vaqtida emlatadi va yuqumli kasalliklardan saqlaydi. Bolani yoshligidan unga shaxsiy gigiyena qoidalariga o\u2018rgatib, gijja kasalliklaridan asraydi.
